Killington's "Friendly Mountain" - Pico Resort offers a variety of townhouses, multi-level and single-level condominiums - all with ski in/ski out locations or just a short walk to the trails. There are three condo associations: Pico Village Square with units adjacent to the base lodge, lifts and Sports Center; Pico Slopeside Condominiums, located above the Sports Center and off of Pico's famous A-Slope; and Pico Townhouses, located along A-Slope or just across Brad Mead Drive. Most units have woodburning fireplaces, balconies and en-suite bathrooms. Shuttle service to Killington is available daily or ski and ride the best kept secret in VT right outside your door. The Pico Sports Center is a public facility located on-site and offers a full health club with indoor pool, weight room, exercise classes, etc.
