I love my job as a REALTOR® and I take pride in my work. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a serious real estate investor, you will appreciate and benefit from the professional and courteous service I offer in the sale or purchase of your home, condominium or land.

A skier since the age of five, my family spent skiing vacations in Vermont for as long as I can remember. I knew early on, it was the lifestyle for me and in 1987, I made Killington my permanent home. My passion for the area, combined with my commitment to community service, has given me the market knowledge and experience necessary to make your sales or purchase process, not only successful, but enjoyable.

After more than a decade working as professional ski patroller in winters and small business owner in summers, I entered the real estate profession as a sales agent in 2001. In 2008, I was elected President of the Windsor County Board of REALTORS and in 2010, was designated the Vermont REALTOR Of The Year, a service award recognizing contributions to both the real estate profession and the community at large. After several successful and productive years, I transferred from the smallest real estate agency to the largest real estate firm in Killington as an associate broker. In 2013, recognizing the need for a boutique-style real estate business, focused on client level services, I branched out on my own and launched Killington Pico Realty to serve a market niche that expects and deserves experience, knowledge of the local markets and the utmost in professionalism. In 2014, Killington Pico Realty moved into our present location, next to Choices Restaurant, offering our customers and clients a pleasant place to conduct business - with spectacular views of Killington mountain. Stop in and say hello anytime; we're here from 10-6, seven days a week, unless it's snowing, in which case, we'll see you on the slopes or meet you in the gondola!
