Killington Real Estate Sales - September 2012

Sales in Killington slowed in September to just 9real estate transactions, comprised of7condominium sales, one land sale and one commercial transaction. The condo sales included 2 shockingly lowpriced 1BRMountain Green units, a 1BR Sunrise, a rare2BR Fall Line, another 3BR Moon Ridge townhouse, a Trail Creek 2BR + Loft and a beautiful Winterberry Townhome. The commercial transaction involved the sale of the Liquid Art real estate to the owners of the business.

Sales in Killington jumped in August with12 real estate transactions, including4 single-family homes and 8condominium sales. The home sales includeda couple of moderately priced homes and two in the $400K range.The condo sales included 2 timeshares at the Killington Grand Hotel, a 3BR Whiffletree at an amazing value, a low-price condex, a 2BR Mountain Green with spectacular mountain views, a 2BR Highridge unit with views, a 3BR Moon Ridge townhouse and a large 4BR Sunrise condo.

Killington Real Estate Sales - July 2012

Sales rebounded somewhat in July after a very slow June, with 7 real estate transactions, including 2 single-family homes, 3 condos and 2 land parcels. The home sales included one of the largest real estate transactions in recent history - a private home off the Killington Road which sold for $1.6M. The condo sales included an updated 1BR Mountain Green, a 1BR Fall Line and a 2BR Sunrise unit. Land sales were comprised of a Robinwood building lot and a 1-acre lot adjacent to the $1.6M home, as a second transaction between the same parties.
