Killington Sales Update - March 2010

While showing activity remained high,actual sales in Marchremained slow, but stable, matching the four sales closed in February:

  1. 599 Trailview Drive - a 5BR/3BA slopeside post and beam home on the Homestretch ski trail. List price: $499,000; Sold price: $462,500; 15 days on market. Some agents, including the author, believe this home was underpriced and represents an incomparable value for a non-distressed property.
  2. Sunrise West Glade K-8 - 3BR/3BA Sunrise condo, comprised of 1311 square feet. Original list price: $370,000; final list price: $310,000; Sold price: $243,500; 587 days on market.
  3. Highridge C-10 - 2BR/2BA Highridge condo, comprised of 1010 square feet. Original list price: $249,000; final list price: $199,000; Sold price: $150,000; 742 days on market.
  4. Pico C-308- 2BR/2BA Pico condo, comprised of 800square feet. Original list price: $189,000; final list price: $149,000; Sold price: $149,000; 339 days on market.
