Kyle Kershner receives REALTOR OF THE YEAR award from 2008 recipient, Ray Ault and Vermont Association of REALTORS President-Elect, Peter Tucker
KYLE KERSHNER IS VERMONT REALTOR OF THE YEAR
Kyle Kershner, a resident of Stockbridge and a broker at Ski Country Real Estate in Killington, has been named the 2010 REALTOR of the Year by the Vermont Association of REALTORS. The prestigious annual award, granted by the States REALTOR board, recognizes outstanding leadership and service to the members association, community and the real estate profession.
At the community level, Kyle serves as the Chair of the Stockbridge Planning Commission, is Secretary of the Highwood Homeowners Association, is a member of the Pittsfield and Stockbridge First Response Teams, serves on the Killington Ski Patrol and participates in numerous local, state and regional charity fundraising events. In the real estate profession, Kyle serves on the boards of directors for the Vermont Association of REALTORS as a Senior Director and member of the Executive Finance Committee and on the Windsor County Board of REALTORS, where he is treasurer and past president.
It is a great honor to receive the State REALTOR of the Year Award, said Kershner as there are so many dedicated real estate professionals who evoke the REALTOR spirit, contribute to their communities and are equally worthy of this recognition. Being recognized with this award by my colleagues throughout Vermont is a deeply rewarding, yet humbling experience.
Kyle was the 2009 and 2010 REALTOR of the Year for the Windsor County Board of REALTORS, Vermonts second largest REALTOR board and received the prestigious State award at the Vermont Real Estate Conference, held at the Stratton Mountain Resort, September 15th. Kyle will represent Vermont at the National REALTORS Conference and Expo to be held in New Orleans in November.
