June 2012 signified a pronounced reversal in the upward trend in sales with just 4 properties conveying, but is not atypical of the seasonal sales cycle in the winter resort market. Sales generally lag pending contracts by about 4-8 weeks with April and May, the months proximal to the end of Killington's ski season, being the quietest months of the year, with very few people in town.
The properties that conveyed included a spectacular value on a single-family home in Robinwood, a 1BR Grand Hotel quarter-share, a 2BR Pico condo and another 10-acre land parcel.
