Killington real estate sales remained low again in October, with just 9real estate transactions, comprised of 8 condominium sales and one multi-family transaction. The condo sales included a 1BR Pinnacle, a 1BR+Loft at Trail Creek, a 2BR Pinnacle, a 2BR Fall Line, a condex on Barrows Towne Road, a 3BR Woods cluster home, a 3BR Sunrise slopeside unit and another beautiful Winterberry Townhome. The multi-family home was a two-family chalet on West Hill Road.
