The most expensive house in Killington was sold on April 13, 2026 for $4.3 million after multiple offers, marking the first single-family home in Killington to sell for more than $4 million. The previous record was $3.751 million, noted Kyle Kershner, broker/owner of Killington Pico Realty, who listed the new record home at $4,250,000. Kaitylyn Hummel of Prestige Real Estate represented the purchaser.
